Application Criteria

  1. Must have verifiable combined gross income of 2.5 times the rental rate of the property
  2. Pass a criminal background check
  3. The minimum credit score is 550. For multiple applicants, the average credit score will be used to determine eligibility. The average credit score must meet or exceed 550. Credit scores/averaged credit scores below 650 will require tenancy history in good standing for 2 years.

Co-signers may be used for either credit scores between 550-649 OR tenancy history, but not for both.

Co-signers are required to have a credit score of 700 or higher and meet all other requirements.
